You need to make this for dinner tonight. I am not kidding, it was EASY PEASY! My hubby has asked for it pretty much every night since!
Barbeque Teriyaki Chicken
2 chicken breasts
1/2 bottle Kikoman Teriyaki GLAZE (not the thin watery stuff, this is THICK!)
Marinate your chicken in the teriyaki sauce for at least an hour, I did mine for 6 hours, but that only because I thought about dinner before 5:00.
Right before you cook the chicken, mix the following ingredients...
1/2 cup teriyaki glaze
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Use this to baster the chicken with while it is cooking on the BBQ. Cook until no longer pink. The glaze will get sticky and yummy as it cooks! Serve over rice with a little butter mixed in.
