Fried Chicken Sandwich

1/2 of a chicken breast pounded to about 1/4-1/2 inch thick
1 egg white+1tsp water
1/2 cup bread crumbs + 1tsp garlic powder
1 TBS mustard mixed with 1 TBS Miracle Whip
1 slice provolone cheese
Sandwich toppers (Lettuce, tomato, onion)
A big chunk of French Bread, split

Dip the chicken into egg and then into bread crumb mixture. Place onto a cooling rack ON a cook sheet (so the chicken doesn't get soggy on the bottom) and bake at 350 for about 15-20 min, or until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Spread the french bread with the mustard spread and add chicken, and any other toppings. Top off with the other 1/2 of the bread and enjoy! :)
