stacked enchiladas


remember this taco filling?...well just thaw in the microwave for a minute, add a can of enchilada sauce, and layer that with some corn tortillas, spanish rice, and cheese. top with lots of cheese and bake at 400 until bubbly! Instant enchiladas if you've got theat filling already in the freezer!
