(this is enough for 2 people with a little leftover)
2 cups of rice
1 can of chili
This is SUPER EASY! cook the rice, heat the chili, layer it all up, and CHOW DOWN! You can also use chili cheese fritos and add a bunch of toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, olives, sour cream etc.), but we usually only have regular fritos and the nights i make this im usually in a hurry so i dont put out toppings, it's yummy with or without though! Keep this in mind for those nights when you dont think about dinner until 6:00! it will save you in a pinch!
