I pretty much lived on BLT's the first few months i was pregnant. They just ALWAYS sounded good! And i love changing them up, so here's my latest...
2 slices of whole grain bread
sharp cheddar cheese
4 slices of bacon (not turkey, its gotta be the REAL stuff)
Butter the outsides of the bread (like you do for a grilled cheese) and layer the ingredients inside. grill until the bread is toasted and the cheese melts.
