Um, can you say Hot Pockets... but BETTER!?
Rachael Ray would call this a BLD. You can have it for Breakfast Lunch or Dinner. We made them for dinner, and had extra, so I froze the rest for a quick breakfast later on in the week. I'll let you know if it worked!
Ham and Cheese Bundles
1 can Jumbo Biscuits (I used butter flavor)
thinly sliced lunch meat ham
shredded cheese
Press out the biscuits until they are about double the size. Fill the inside with ham and cheese, just make sure you can still fold the biscuit over! Pull one side of the biscuit over and press the sides together. Pinch the seam shut with a fork. Bake according to biscuit directions until golder brown.

Sounds yummy idea. These "hot pockets" are giving me some great stuffing ideas, omletts, scrambled eggs with bacon or sausage & cheese...my minds is cooking...thanks!
