Parmesan Baked Chicken
2 chicken breasts pounded out to 1/2 inch thick
Breading:
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Egg wash:
1 egg
1 TBS milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Mix all the ingredients for the breading in a shallow bowl, and in another bowl, mix the ingredients for the egg wash. Dip the chicken breasts into the egg wash, and then into the breading. Bake on a sheet pan at 400 for 30-40 min, or until it's no longer pink inside.
I served ours over linguine with pesto and it was a huge hit!
