A new take on the original Sloppy Joes.
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 chopped onion (optional. I just did onion flakes)
1 chopped red bell pepper (optional)
1/2 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 bottle Harmon's Smokey Bacon (my favorite) or Harmon's Smoked Habanero sauce
Brown ground beef in skillet, add onions & red pepper & simmer til tender. Pour in tomato paste and Harmon's sauce then heat through.
