Chicken Pot Pie Biscuits and Gravy


Chicken Pot Pie Biscuits and Gravy
serves 3-4 with leftovers
1 tsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 tsp minced garlic
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup milk (or more)
1 tsp poultry seasoning (or whatever seasonings you want)
salt and pepper
2 cups shredded roast chicken
1 small baked potato- diced
6 biscuits

In a saucepan, saute onions in olive oil until they are soft. Add the garlic at the last minute and cook for a few seconds. Add cans of soup, milk,and seasoning bring to a simmer. If you want the mixture thinner, add more milk. Simmer for 5-10 min on low. Add chicken and potato, and heat through. Spoon over biscuits.
