Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken
1 Large chicken breast, pounded to 1/2 inch thick
1 TBS Spicy Southwest Mustard (or Dijon)
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
red pepper flakes (optional)
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Allow to marinade for at least 20 minutes. Grill on the BBQ until inside is no longer pink.
