Snickerdoodle Bars
1/2 c. room temp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. flour
2 Tbs sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c. room temp. butter

2 Tbs sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Add all other ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread batter into a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake for 30 min or until the edges are light golden brown.
