Whew! the holidays totally threw me off for menus! But now they are over and I am back on track! I know this week is 1/2 way over, but I figured I'd let you in on my menu anyways!
Monday: We had Burger King (Healthy I know!)
Tuesday: Homemade frozen pizza.
Wednesday: Baked Sausage Rotini and garlic bread
Thursday: Linguini with chicken and asparagus
Friday: Fajitas and chips & salsa
Saturday: Date night
Sunday: Roast beef and baby red potatoes
