Menu Monday

Sorry this is on Tuesday again! I've got a one year old trying to get molars. No fun. :(

Tuesday: Spicy Chicken Nuggets
Wednesday: Taco Burgers
Thursday: Meatloaf Muffins
Friday: Enchilada Soup
Saturday: Date Night
Sunday: Roast Beef and Baked Potatoes

    I've been thinking about trying a meatloaf... never made one. I think these Meatloaf Muffins will be my first try! Thanks!

    I do meat loat muffins too! They work great in hubby and my lunchboxes!
