Pizza in a Pinch





In today's world everyone is in a Pinch. Well today for lunch was no different. My 2 year old wanted pizza. Usually that's not a problem with the stock piles of Totino's pizzas in the freezer. I haven't been grocery shopping in a while, so no pizzas were to be found! So I improvised……I toasted some whole wheat bread, spread a lil pizza sauce on and topped with cheese and olives (like I said, haven't been grocery shopping in a while… lol).



SUCCESS!! I call it Pizza in a Pinch.

    oh i love these! i make them on english muffins! they are so easy and quick... and YUMMY!
