Whoops! I missed last week! To be quite honest... I don't even remember what we had!? I did make meatloaf, and pork tacos... but I'm going to be better this week!
Monday: Chicken and Stuffing Casserole
Tuesday: Sweet and Sour Chicken with white rice and veggies
Wednesday: White Chicken Chili
Thursday: Dinner with family
Friday: Hawaiian Haystacks
Saturday: Date Night
Sunday: 3 Bean Enchilada Soup
