I love Lasagna, in fact, i was drooling over Nikkis recipe this morning! But, i rarely have time to make it, so this is a super easy was to get the same taste.
Rotini Lasagna Bake
8 oz of cooked rotini pasta (or whatever shape you like)
1/2 lb. cooked ground beef or italian sausage, or a mix of both
1/2 tub of cottage cheese
1/2 a jar of spaghetti sauce
1 cup of mozzerella cheese
After cooking the pasta and meat, mix all of the ingredients except for the cheese in a casserole dish. cover with cheese and bake at 350 until the top is bubbly and slightle browned.
What is the serving size on this recipe?
